Don’t scroll to the latest post. Start here.

If you found this place, it probably wasn’t random. Something brought you here. And if I had to guess, it’s that annoying little feeling that something in your life is just... off.

Yeah yeah, you’ve done the work, written in your journal, completed the meditations, watched countless Youtube videos, visualized to your heart’s content, and still…here you are.

You may have even shown up, kept it together, been the person everyone could count on. But somewhere along the way, you looked around at the life you built and thought — what the hell, how did I get here?

Well, you’re in luck, because this is where we get down to it.

Hi, I’m Donteacia.

I’m a 46, divorced, renesting empty nester, entrepreneur who has run not one but two multiple 7-figure businesses. I have 3 college degrees that have absolutely nothing to do with either business. I have no pets but I did have a bunch of debt…thankfully that’s gone now. The month my ex-husband and I separated I weighed over 250lbs, but in the last 3 years I’ve lost more than 100 of those pounds, and no that does not include the additional 225lbs that came from divorcing him.

I used to work in politics, and then one day I had this bright idea to build something new, and overnight I became an inventor (no really, a literal inventor)…after which I spent 10 years working with inventors to help bring their products to life. And somewhere in the background of the last 4 years I started with working with women to help them reshape, rebuild, and reinvent their lives.

And here we are.

I write for women over 40 who’ve followed the rules, checked the boxes, and still feel like something’s missing. Truth is though, I have quite a few male readers as all are welcome here.

Now let’s get to the good part: Nothing is wrong with you. You’ve just gotten older, yes older, and the life around you hasn’t kept up.

The stuff I write about isn’t complicated, but it does ask you to be honest with yourself:

  • When did you start living for everyone else’s version of you?

  • Why do you keep landing in the same situations, different year, different faces?

  • How do you make a real decision — not one driven by guilt or fear or what looks reasonable on paper?

  • What would it actually feel like to build something that fits who you are now?

There will be no inspiration porn. No “just believe in yourself.” No “everything happens for a reason.”

Because there is usually no rhyme or reason to why things happen, they just do…but how you respond to them is what matters.

I’m going to keep it real with you, be direct, and occasionally force you to have an uncomfortable conversation (likely with yourself first).

But this important to note: If you’re looking for healing, I’m not your girl. Therapy works wonders. Get you some.

Now if you’re looking to rebuild or reshape your life while still living in it, with real, tangible steps, that will likely crack you wide open (this is when that therapist comes in handy…don’t say I didn’t warn you), then stick around for the show.

Not sure where to start? Pick one of these:

Read one. Sit with it. See what comes up.

If you want something more structured, I put together a free Reset Guide — it helps you figure out what’s actually going on and where to put your attention first. You can grab that here: Download the Reset Guide

And if you’re past the point of wanting to puzzle this out alone, you can apply to work with me in The Reset Accelerator.

But for now — just be here. You don’t have to have anything figured out.

You just have to be willing to look at what’s true.

That’s enough to start.
